We represent and negotiate for a huge range of musicians across London. Our work spans from supporting venues that are threatened with closure to fighting for working rights to protect buskers.  We empower our members through educational events. We’re proud of our work with the Young Guns Network to help young musicians build their careers.

This aim of the survey is to investigate the impact of caring responsibilities on career progression in Classical Music as well as wider workforce issues including work-life balance and wellbeing.
