Using the helpline

You can contact the Legal Advice Helpline on 03333 44 9621.

It is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be asked for your MU membership number, which you can find on your account.

Please note: the helpline cannot provide advice to non-members or to members on behalf of their partners/friends.
