PMAG Agreement for Production Music

Updated: 20 October 2021 | 10:18 AM
Agreement

The LPAG/MU Agreement for library/production music session work will soon be replaced by the PMAG/MU Agreement. The Library Publishers Advisory Group (LPAG) was renamed as the Production Music Advisory Group (PMAG) and MU members have voted in agreement of the new rates and terms, which will commence from 1 January 2022.

New wording for the definition of "Production Music" has also been added to provide further clarity on where the agreement applies and to prevent misuse. Other changes include the ordering of the agreement for ease of reading and introduction of GDPR terms to the consent form.

Please use the PMAG/MU Agreement for library session work from 1 January 2022.
