The National departments give specialist, sector-specific advice and guide our strategy on a national level. Issues relating to specific areas of employment are covered by the Education, Health and Wellbeing, Live Performance, Music Writers, Recording and Broadcasting, and Orchestral departments. Â

The MU’s National departments serve the interests of members across the different regions that we represent. Our National Office is based in London, however, all MU employees are combining working from home and the office. This means that meetings and visits to an MU office are strictly by appointment only, and will need to be arranged in advance by contacting us.
