On Saturday 28 March 2026, the MU will join Together Alliance - a UK-wide coalition of civil society organisations, campaigns, trade unions, community groups, artists and public figures - for a major national demonstration in London.
Continued mobilisation - both on our streets and within institutions - is needed now more than ever to oppose the growing threat of the far right. Join us to stand together against racism, fascism and hatred that seeks to divide us.

Explore our new Anti-Far Right Hub
Alongside the march, the MU has launched a new Anti‑Far Right Hub, bringing together essential information, resources and guidance to help musicians understand and challenge far‑right narratives.
John Shortell, MU Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, says: “This hub was created to confront the rising influence of far right ideologies by exposing their harms, challenging misinformation, and equipping musicians with the knowledge and solidarity needed to defend an open, diverse, and democratic culture.
"It exists to protect both our industry and our communities, because music thrives in freedom, inclusion, and unity.”
