Each year on St Andrew’s Day, the Scottish Trades Union Congress (STUC) leads Scotland’s Anti-Racism and Anti-Fascism March in Glasgow —highlighting Scotland’s long-standing commitment to inclusivity, solidarity with refugees, and the rejection of far-right ideologies.

The march brings together trade unions, community groups, activists, and individuals from across the country to stand united against racism, discrimination, and xenophobia.

The theme of this year’s march and rally is ‘Stand Up, Speak Out: Unite Against Racism!, which shows that despite institutional and everyday challenges, there is enduring strength in solidarity among the anti-racist and anti-fascist movement in Scotland.

Saturday 29 November 2025:

  • Muster: 10:30am at Barrowlands Park (G1 5BG)
  • March: From Barrowlands Park to Adelaide Place (209 Bath St, Glasgow G2 4HZ)
  • Rally: 12pm at Adelaide Place.

Everyone is welcome to join — bring your placards, banners, and union flags to show your support. Details of guest speakers will be announced soon.
