I am a Welsh concert flautist and educator new to Aberdeenshire. A graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, I trained in Paris under Jean Pierre Rampal.
I specialise in adult music education packages for busy international professionals, offering intensive, fast-track online flute tuition. My teaching draws directly from the prestigious French Flute School tradition. With today’s technology, online lessons are as effective and furthermore more convenient than face‑to‑face tuition and of course the teaching quality is the same. My focus is entirely on advanced flute mentorship and fast-track grade preparation courses from beginner up to post-grade 8 and diploma levels.

I am also a qualified music psychologist. Having achieved the academic graduate basis for registration and graduate membership of the British Psychological Society in 1996 I combine musical pedagogy with modern foundational scientific insights to help my students overcome performance anxiety, manage stage nerves and find technical balance. This work is incorporated into the packages I deliver to my students.
