About Holly Rolfe
I have always had an interest in performing but I began pursuing my passion when I was 14 when I began busking. During the first lockdown in 2020, I began writing my own music and discovering what music means to me as an artist.
I released my debut single 'Alive' on the 8th of November 2020 and cannot believe how much I have discovered and learnt about myself since. After releasing my debut EP 'Lost In The Dark' on the 12th of April 2022 I am only learning more and more about the music I enjoy and the sounds I love to create.
My biggest musical influence is Holly Humberstone. I love the way she uses harmonies within her tracks and how her songs are so melodically beautiful.
My biggest achievements include my songs being aired on the BBC Music Introducing West Midlands. I am so pleased that 'Lost In The Dark' got chosen as song of the week in 2021 before it's realase with amazing support from the BBC Music Introducin team. Following this, I have had a multiple interviews with BBC West Midlands to discuss my music. My biggest achievement is that I have been able to make music my full time job at such a young age performing at gigs and weddings - I could not be more grateful.
