About Connor Noble

I am a multi-instrumentalist and visual designer with a strong foundation in both live music and immersive performance technology. With a degree in Live Visual Design & Production, I work at the intersection of sound and visuals—combining musical performance with real-time generative art and audio-reactive visuals to create unique, dynamic live experiences.

Alongside my work as a performer, I have a background in live events as an AV systems engineer and show control programmer. This technical expertise has led me to contribute to major international productions, including three consecutive years on the Burj Khalifa New Year’s Eve show. These experiences have deepened my understanding of large-scale event production and sharpened my skills in synchronising complex multimedia elements under high-pressure conditions.

As a musician, I play guitar, bass, lap steel, piano (18 years of experience), synths, percussion, and pads as well as being a singer. My musical work spans multiple genres, but I’m particularly at home with making ambient guitar textures and experimental sound design. This does anything but pigeonhole my workflow, however.

As a VJ, I use real-time generative design platforms to create audio-reactive environments that can elevate a performance, creating cohesive, multisensory experiences.

I split my time between Leeds and Newcastle and am available for touring, the odd performance, and collaborative installations across the UK and internationally. I’m always keen to explore new artistic ground—whether through sound, visuals, or the fusion of both so please feel free to contact me, no matter the question.
