About Charlie Herbert
Charlie is a professional pianist and music educator based in Cardiff.
In 2024 he graduated from the Royal Welsh College of Music &
Drama with first class honours degree in BMus(Hons) Jazz.
Current projects include the Charlie Herbert Trio, the JVP Organ
Trio, Lemongel, Source (Welsh Music Prize), Sage Todz (Welsh Music
Prize), This Flight Tonight: The Songs of Joni Mitchell, Orbit Street
and Corazón Latino (salsa band).
Charlie has performed all over the UK, as well as abroad, and
frequently collaborates with new artists.
