She has been singing and songwriting since she was 10 years old, and draws inspiration from artists like Imogen Heap, Billie Eilish, and Mazzy Star. She crafts songs that explores and combines electronic and dark cinematic elements, and loves experimenting with different sounds. Her experiences in life and her childhood greatly influenced her work, and she writes about specific topics like relationships, heartbreak, and creates a space where vulnerability is celebrated. Carys has played at different venues around Brighton and her song ‘Don't want to talk' was played on BBC introducing.
