Composers, songwriters and performers in Northern Ireland are invited to take part in an online roundtable hosted by UK Music, the collective voice of the UK's music industry.

The session will help inform UK Music's ‘Manifesto for Music for Northern Ireland’ ahead of the Northern Ireland Assembly elections in May 2027, ensuring the views of music creators are reflected in plans for the sector's future.

Help shape the future of Northern Ireland’s music sector

The manifesto aims to set out bold, practical policies that support the growth of Northern Ireland’s music sector, strengthen its global reputation, and develop the next generation of talent.

The report follows on from their Scotland and Wales manifestos that were published earlier this year ahead of the devolved elections, and UK Music are keen to ensure that the Northern Ireland report is shaped by voices from across the full breadth of the sector.

Members are encouraged to join the discussion and share their experiences, challenges and priorities for the future.

Date: Monday 10 August
Time: 4pm - 5pm
Location: Online
