About the event

Understanding reasonable adjustments is essential to building inclusive creative spaces where disabled creatives and workers can fully participate, contribute, and thrive. Disabled talent brings vital perspectives and rich storytelling — yet many continue to face barriers that limit their access, opportunities, and wellbeing due to a lack of awareness or action around adjustments.

The session will unpack key concepts, challenge common misconceptions, and explore what meaningful inclusion looks like in practice. It will also share practical guidance and resources, so that creative workplaces and productions can be shaped to support everyone with fairness, dignity, and inclusion.

Speakers will include:

  • Owain Gwilym – Executive Director, Disability Arts Cymru.
