About Helena Nicholls
Helena Nicholls is a violinist and can be found playing Principal Second violin in the Glyndebourne Sinfonia, as well as in Guest Principal positions with English National Opera and BBC NOW. She has worked on many film and gaming scores, including The Hobbit, Iron Man, Spiderman: Across the Spiderverse and Genshin Impact.
Inspired by her work in film and opera, Helena founded Storytime Soundtracks, an audio publisher which blends beautiful, original scores with popular stories for children. Musical adventures by Storytime Soundtracks have been enjoyed all over the world by children on their Yoto players. Helena has represented freelancers as a member of the Freelance Orchestral Advisory Board since 2015.
