Further to the MU’s update in March regarding current issues when travelling to the USA, Arts Info Point have released the recording of their advice webinar, which took place on 2 April with Matthew Covey of Covey Law and Tamizdat.

The webinar is useful for any artists or organisations in the performing arts who are arranging a tour of America, but may have concerns given the number of administrative changes to immigration and border control impacting visitors to America, as highlighted in the media.

Although it shouldn’t be considered as immigration advice, it does cover information such as types of visa, the current climate and impact on artists, including consideration of risk management.

Watch the video below or visit Arts Infopoint UK for more information, including related FAQ’s, further resources and more.
