We are saddened to hear that Manchester Pride have entered liquidation.

As a long standing supporter, we recognise the impact of this on local LGBTQ+ communities. Now more than ever, Pride marches are needed to stand strong in the face of homophobia, transphobia and fascism.

We welcome the update for artists who were booked to perform, and offer our support to any MU members who are affected by the cancellation of performances.

Members affected are urged to get in touch

Any members who were due to perform at Manchester Pride and have had cancelled performances are urged to get in touch with the regional office as soon as possible.
