International Showcase Fund Now Available for Scottish Artists

PRS for Music Foundation and Creative Scotland partnership opens International Showcase Fund to Scottish bands for the first time.

PRS for Music Foundation has announced that Creative Scotland will be a new partner for the International Showcase Fund, opening the fund up to Scottish bands for the first time.

The fund provides musicians with the opportunity to apply for support to travel to and perform at international showcase events, and benefit from mentoring, networking and workshops.

The International Showcase Fund is run by PRS for Music Foundation, in partnership with the Department for International Trade, Arts Council England, Musicians’ Union, British Underground, PPL, Wales Arts International and Pledge Music, and has offered support for English and Welsh artists attend and perform at events such as Canadian Music Week, SXSW, Womex, Eurosonic, Jazzahead and Mutek.
