Drawing on models from Coaching and Mentoring, Guildhall Coaching Associates will explore a range of ways in which to rethink, reframe and re-experience this current phase of our lives in search of new insights about our personal strengths, our resourcefulness and the potential opportunities that this moment can offer.

This support space is open to freelance musicians, actors, dancers, technicians, creators and directors who are searching for direction, meaning and purpose the midst of the lockdown.

How to take part

The sessions will blend input from one of Guildhall’s Executive Coaches with guided group discussions. The meetings will be held over Zoom every two weeks.

The next session will take place on Wednesday 1 July, 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm and will be led by Jane Booth.

To book a place, send an email to coachingandmentoring@gsmd.ac.uk with the subject ‘Lockdown Lounge’.
