About the event

Experiencing menopause can be challenging — especially when it’s not talked about openly. Whether you’re going through it yourself, supporting someone else, or simply want to learn more, join us for a relaxed and inclusive Menopause Café, hosted by the MU’s own Menopause Champion, Angela Gascoine.

Menopause is still a taboo subject in many workplaces, but open conversation is key to getting the support you need. This informal session offers a space to chat, ask questions, share experiences, and explore how to advocate for your needs — both personally and professionally.

Open to all MU members and staff, regardless of age, stage, or experience.
