Accessibility:

The MU makes every effort to ensure that all events we organise are accessible to everyone who would like to attend. We want to provide equal access to our events for all our members.

About the event

These guided meditation sessions are based on Ascension meditation techniques. An extremely efficient and powerful meditation practice, it is non-religious, with no belief system required.

It’s simple and easy and this talk will explain how and why it works, especially for musicians. There will be time for questions and then a short guided meditation to finish.

How to attend

These meditation sessions will be held on Zoom and are open to members and non-members. Zoom details will be sent by email one day before the session.
