Remembering Sheik Thompson

The only person I knew who would stop people in the streets just to lift up their spirits. He taught me so much about life and jazz music and will be missed by many.

Beyond The Blue has always been one of my favourite songs from Sheik. I recorded it at a gig in the Home Bar, Shoreditch, many moons ago. If you knew Sheik, have a listen and raise a glass. Big love to all.
