Launched in July in partnership with Elevate Music and Wisebuddah, the podcast aims to inform and educate musicians about common health and wellbeing issues they might face.

It also hopes to equip musicians with the tools they need to identify, manage and prevent problems when developing their careers.

Themes covered over the course of the 15-episode series include:

  • Mental and vocal health
  • Hearing problems
  • Stage fright
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Social media
  • Challenges of touring
