Carry On Touring are hosting a UK-EU Summit and Lobby Day on Tuesday 28 January 2025 in Houses of Parliament.

UK creatives and professionals are invited to attend and show support for change to the post-Brexit touring requirements.

Artists and professionals who rely on touring desperately need change

A significant proportion of Britain’s talent and its creatives aren’t touring in Europe because of the failure to get an exemption in the UK’s trade agreement with the European Union to allow for freedom of movement for those who tour.

This is having a catastrophic impact on both the UK's and EU's cultural economies, with many jobs and livelihoods continuing to be gravely affected.

The Carry On Touring campaign brings together a coalition of voices from across the touring, cultural and creative industries sectors, campaigning for a realistic solution for touring professionals and artists in a post-Brexit world.
