Accessibility:

Our Listening Room is upstairs and accessed via a flight of stairs. Wheeled access to the event space is not currently possible. A stair lift is available, but regrettably it does not provide full wheeled access.

Sudbury Sessions venue hosts monthly acoustic and folk concerts focusing on original music by independent artists. We have an exclusive restaurant and garden to provide pre-show dinner and drinks.

We offer artists the opportunity to play two 45 minute headline slots for an engaged and loyal audience. We have developed a relationship for creating warm, inclusive and intimate evenings. We occasionally have support slots (20mins) for emerging artists and these are arranged by agreement with our headline acts.

We work hard to promote every event and never ask musicians to buy tickets or guarantee sales. We will never take a penny of your mech sales, and we actively promote the purchasing of merchandise at our gigs.

We work to a "for-love-not-profit" ethos which sees every penny we generate reinvested into supporting our opportunities and paying artists fairly for their music.

How to book a gig?

Take a look at our past events and current calendar. We are small, and we only have 11 dates per year. If you think you are a good fit for our audience and our style you should get in touch. Reach out to us in the first instant, by sending an email with links to your music, or social media profiles. We try to see every artist we book before offering a gig and so it helps if you have some shows coming up we can visit to see you work your magic live.

Getting home from Sudbury Sessions

We are based in the heart of Sudbury, we have several parking areas within the town (this is sent to artists when we book them) The Train station and bus stops are few minutes walk. We can provide a pick up and drop off service to public transport if you need additional support.
