About the event

The MU in the North of England are running one-to-one advice sessions for students to cover all aspects of the industry and career development. Got a question? We think we can answer it!

These sessions will be specifically tailored to interest areas for students – from working with producers, managers, publishers and labels, what contracts to use, what to charge, how to get gigs, copyright, royalties, self-employment, teaching, to anything else in-between.

Appointments will last for 45 minutes and take place via Zoom. If you can’t make this day, further appointments may be available outside of this time.

These sessions are available to MU members only, but you're welcome to bring a friend or your bandmates (even if they're not members).

How to attend

To book a 45 minute slot please email the North of England Regional Office with your membership number manchester@theMU.org.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you're bringing a friend, what key areas you'd like advice on, and if you have any access requirements.
