The new scheme, know as FACT Together, aims to support artists in lockdown whilst developing new works.

Proposals should relate to their theme The Living Planet, examining our relationship with the natural world, and exploring ways in which wildlife, plant life and ecological systems have responded to the impact of human actions.

FACT are welcoming all forms of online work and encourage a diversity of media: audio, video, text, games, app design, virtual or augmented reality, performance, socially-engaged practice, web or desktop interventions, animation, social media takeovers and workshops.

Those commissioned will receive a grant for £1,500 as well as mentoring from the FACT team and inclusion in a digital support network.

The deadline for applications is midnight, Sunday 26 April. For more details see FACT’s website.
