  • Manage a casualty who is wounded and bleeding, in shock, choking or with a minor injury.

On the day

  • Please arrive at 09:50 am for registration
  • Please arrive promptly as you may be refused admission due to lateness
  • Lunch is not provided but there is a lunch break
  • Please bring an original and in-date form of photo ID for registration - this must match your name on your booking and is required for your certificate
  • A First Aid manual is provided
  • It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and we kindly request that participants do not wear lipstick as this can stain the training manikins
  • Participants should be able to kneel on the floor and be free from any ailments, including sprains and aches, or any other condition that will prevent them from being able to satisfactorily perform practical activities such as CPR and recovery position. If a participant can’t demonstrate the practical activities the Awarding Body will not issue a certificate
