Arts councils across all four UK nations – England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales – have launched a new UK-wide fund designed to support international collaboration for artists and cultural professionals.

The Four Nations International Fund offers grants of up to £7,500 for projects developed in partnership with international collaborators. Supported activity must begin no earlier than 1 May 2026 and be completed by 31 March 2027.

Applications close at 2:00pm on Wednesday 25 February 2026.

Fund priorities and aims

The fund aims to make international collaboration more accessible at a time of ongoing global challenges, including the impact of the pandemic, Brexit-related barriers, rising costs and climate concerns.

It encourages artists, organisations and cultural professionals to consider how closer collaboration across the four UK nations can strengthen international work and create more resilient partnerships.
