About Sam Purnell
About me, I am a Grade 8 Alto sax player who also plays Tenor and Bari Sax. I studied at Ulster University for my Undergrad and Masters in Music and Music Composition respectively so I can write, arrange and transcribe my own music.
My preferred genres to play are Rock/Pop/Blues/Big Band but I am willing and able to go from Classical to Jazz.
I've been playing in multiple bands since January 2024 playing in bars, hotels, weddings, private function events and local music festivals.
