About Philippa Healey
Oxford University music graduate & West End leading lady Philippa has demonstrated remarkable levels of achievement as a singer, pianist, composer & arranger over the course of her incredibly unique and multi-faceted career.
As a young child, Philippa won a place at the highly competitive Chetham's School Of Music, where she trained as a pianist and composer, before going on to graduate with honours from University College, Oxford. By this time, Philippa's singing voice had also gained significant attention, leading to several starring roles in the West End (including the record-breaking London production of “Les Miserables”, where she was personally cast by Sir Cameron Mackintosh.)
In 2003 Philippa decided to combine her singing, piano, music production, arranging, and stagecraft talents into a Vegas-style cabaret show. Since then, she has headlined relentlessly all over the globe for the world's most luxurious cruise lines.
In recent months, Philippa has expanded her horizons by finally releasing her own, original Soul/Funk songs (always her secret passion). 2024 marked the release of new music, including recordings with legendary members of Jamiroquai (Rob Harris, Paul Turner and Derrick McKenzie), and award-winning icons from across London's contemporary jazz circuit.
