About Oliver Carpenter

30 years a professional vocalist and trumpet player. Wide range of vocal styles from blues, soul, a cappella and rock through to blending close harmony, growl to sweet, low tenor but good range. Always interested in new and interesting projects.

Currently performing across the UK in a cappella comedy group The Pocket Choral Society where he is the primary songwriter. Recently finished working with eclectic acoustic trio Mumbo-Jumbo. Sings big choral works as party of the Worcester Fesival Choral Society.

Trumpet player for life, also bugler for the Royal British Legion.

Singer/Songwriter - shortlisted in the British Blues Awards and commissioned by VE Day 75 to write 'The Home Front Song'.

Eclectic range of music covered, widely experienced at fronting bands as well as sitting back and doing a job. Good with audiences.

Also organised a lot of festivals too.
