About Helen Arnold
Helen Arnold (B.Mus, (Hons), LTCL, FISM) is a highly dedicated and successful teacher of harp with 40 years experience. She trained at the University of Surrey and with Sidonie Gooses as a postgraduate. While most of her lessons are within private practice she has taught at a number of schools inn the South-East including Christ's Hospital, Horsham. She teaches pupils of all ages from young children to senior adults, and at all levels from beginners to those taking professional diplomas. All pupils have an indiviudal course of study and may take examinations if they wish - all are encouraged to take part in reuglar concerts.
Helen is a professional harpist, an examiner for ABRSM, a festival adjudicator and she leads continuing professional development sessions for instrumental teachers based around effective practising, learning for life, sight-reading and more. Please email for further information.
