About Annelise Molloy
Hertfordshire based Annelise has been part of the jazz scene for more than 20 years both as a solo performer and alongside other jazz musicians. She has an extensive repertoire garnered from Great American Songbook jazz classics and major influences include Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Anita O’Day, Sarah Vaughan and Billie Holiday.
Classically trained, Annelise has had residencies at Hanbury Manor, Ware and The Barnes Hotel, Bedford, and was the first live singer to perform at the Top Shop launch in Oxford Circus. An array of performances in the UK include Thames cruise boat gigs, The May Ball at Cambridge University and renowned jazz venue Jazz After Dark . Annelise has also played in music festivals in Nîmes and Versailles in France and performed a winter season in Les Deux Alpes.
Her mellow and upbeat jazz vibes are the perfect accompaniment for parties , corporate events, and weddings and Annelise can be booked either as a solo performer with high quality backing tracks or with live piano accompaniment
