We're a multi-faceted entertainments venue with extensive technical capabilities, handling a wide range of events including: live music, gigs, club nights, private corporate events, fashion shows, student led events, gala dinners, plus other events like this.
In the past 7 years, we've established ourselves as one of London’s leading mid-sized live music venues. 229 falls under the umbrella of International Students House (ISH), providing social, welfare and accommodation facilities for British and overseas students, 365 days per year. Its aims are to promote social and cultural awareness and to facilitate the interaction of students with a view to enhancing international friendship.
