We know that it takes great courage for survivors to speak up about harassment or abuse they have experienced and they sometimes take a while to feel ready to do so.

We feel strongly that the action we took was the right one, despite the fact that some time had passed since some of the matters arose.

We are pleased that the Court of Appeal took the same approach and agreed with the MU. The Judgment is a victory for common sense.

The story was covered by the Evening Standard on Monday 15 June.

Anyone working in the music industry can report sexual harassment or abuse in confidence to the MU.
