- assess the role of the coach/mentor and identify the skills and qualities needed to carry out the role effectively
- define the relationship between the coach and coached and mentor and mentored
- identify the different styles of coaching/mentoring practices
- apply coaching/mentoring practice and review progress

How to apply
If you are interested in either hearing more about the above programme or in attending please briefly consider the following:
1. Why are you interested in the coaching / mentoring role?
2. What benefit could it bring to you as an individual or company, to others in the industry and to your union?
3. What type of person would you like to support (e.g. someone undertaking a similar role to you, someone in the same workplace, a new entrant, anyone in the sector who needs support?)
We can help you find a person to coach or mentor if required, ideally a member of one of the creative unions.
