The MU is looking to launch a major online training drive for members over the next few months. Please answer this very short survey to let us know what would be of most benefit to you.

MU Assistant General Secretary Phil Kear explained how we hope that the new scheme will help musicians returning to their careers:

"The last twelve months have been incredibly tough for the majority of our members. Some have told us there have been times when they couldn't even bear to look at their instruments.

“As we now move into a period where there is a sense of optimism about the future and musicians returning to their careers, we want to help members to come back as confident, prepared and knowledgeable as ever. Our aim is to offer a comprehensive package of webinars for members covering a wider range of topics like wellbeing, technical know-how, performance and writing masterclasses, rights, promotion and financial matters.

“To help us we're asking members to tell us what they would like to see from us, so that we can make sure we provide the most appropriate support possible. We really hope our members will find this a useful resource."
