About Monica Frank

Monica Frank is a classical pianist originally from the United States and currently based in London. Since graduating with her master’s degree from New York City’s Manhattan School of Music, she has been mentored by Mike Garson, who was David Bowie’s pianist for many years. Monica has written solo piano showpiece arrangements of David Bowie’s music, and has worked with Mike Garson on these compositions. In 2019 she opened for Mike Garson at one of the London shows on his European Bowie tribute tour. Monica's debut album "The Stargazer Collection: A Bowie Tribute" was released on 19th August 2021.

Monica is a versatile performer open to a variety of projects: accompanying (particularly with singers), chamber music, orchestral piano parts, musical theatre, film music, and pop/rock bands/session work.
