The rally will be held at Leicester Square in London at 12 noon, and all are encouraged to attend.

Equity UK’s sister union SAG-AFTRA is on strike in the United States, fighting for fair contracts, and facing the same issues our members face here in the UK.

Equity have stated that, “In their fight we stand in unwavering solidarity, and we will not allow the UK to become a back door to break or undermine the strike.”

The rally will be held at Leicester Square in London at 12 noon, and all are encouraged to attend. You can register your attendance on Equity’s megaphone page.

Solidarity through social media

There’s been a brilliant show of solidarity for both the SAG-AFTRA strike, and trade unions in general, which has been heartening to see.
