Fair Play Venue

The Moon

A 140-capacity, non-profit, city centre live music venue, bar and club.

Cardiff

Womanby Street, Cardiff CF10 1BR
How to book a gig?

We put on gigs, clubnights, music community events, all dayers, fundraisers and small festivals, with live acts performing daily. We host all genres of music from Americana to jazz, punk and sludge to alt rock/indie, folk, electronic, reggae, hip-hop, ska and pop. We programme small festivals throughout the year including Hub Fest, Strange Daze, Free For All, Glasnost and Red Sun. As a non-profit venue, all money we make goes back into improving our venue and the local scene around it, including hosting networking events and workshops. We're also currently working on projects looking at mental health in music and getting more women into music.

What we're looking for

All sorts! International, UK and local acts. We do in-house shows and hires. We can also do all-ages early shows when suitable.
