Ivory Group Registration Form

The Ivory Act 2018 bans dealing in most items that contain elephant ivory. Some items may qualify as exempt from the ban, but you must first register the item before any dealing takes place.

You can use this form and register multiple items under the musical instrument made before 1975 with less than 20% ivory exemption. You will need to pay a £50 registration fee.

The ivory ban is due to come into force in spring 2022. From this time, it will be illegal to deal in an ivory item unless it is first registered or has an exemption certificate.
