Agreement

An agreement between Making Music and Musicians' Union for self-employed orchestral musicians working for non-professional orchestras.

  • It includes minimum recommended rates
  • It is tailored to amateur music groups

Rates of pay for freelance players effective from 1 July 2023

Concert rates

a concert of up to three hours in length with a rehearsal of up to three hours in length on the same day
