Supplying proof of your student status.
We only accept the following as proof for student membership:
A letter from your place of education dated within 2 months. It must be written in English (or clearly translated) and state that your course is full time *. No other proof is acceptable and any other submitted will be rejected.
* If you're unable to study full-time because of a disability or caring responsibilities, kindly contact us to discuss your eligibility before applying.
Please ensure you have a scanned image of the letter that contains:
- Your name
- The full name of your place of education
- A sentence which states that you are on a full time course
- Date(s) which show that you are currently a student and not due to start in the future.
Please be aware that all items of proof are checked and any rejected will result in cancellation of your membership and any payment refunded. This refund can take up to 5 days to appear in your account.

Please download an application form for your Region. You will need to print, complete and send the form to the relevant region with your full time proof enclosed.
