About the event

Underpinned with real life case studies, we will identify proactive steps to manage this behaviour both formally and informally, and will provide practical and ethical guidance on handling a complaint within a best practice framework.

By the end of this session participants should be able to:

• Understand the differences between bullying and harassment.

• Identify bullying and harassment (both obvious and non-obvious).

• Discern the level of intervention required (low to high).

• Know when to de-escalate and when to escalate complaints.

• Apply simple mediation and feedback tools to intervene.
