Fair Play on Tour

Join us on 21 November for the next edition of our Fair Play on Tour event series. For this session, we’ll be hosted by Fair Play Venue Future Yard to discuss touring with a sustainable mindset.

There will be two panel discussions – the first will be hosted by MU Regional Organiser for the North of England Paul Reed features producer and musician Balraj Singh Samrai and Estella Adeyeri (musician in Big Joanie and music coach at Girls Rock London) – and will dive into environmentally conscious touring, offering practical advice to reduce your carbon footprint.

The second panel discussion will cover financial sustainability and mental well-being on tour. It will be hosted by the MU's National Organiser for Live, Theatre & Music Writers, Kelly Wood. She will be joined by panelists Vernon Fuller (guitarist, vocalist and tutor), Jay Auty (from Help Musicians), Cath Hurley (music manager and Future Yard’s Head of Skills & Development) and more.
