Unclaimed Royalties List Published

AFM & SAG-AFTRA have issued a list of performers that have been credited on sound recordings covered by the AFM & SAG-AFTRA IPRD Fund, but who they have been unable to distribute the royalties to.

The AFM & SAG-AFTRA Fund has insufficient personal information (bad addresses, missing social security numbers and other issues) to process a royalty payment for those on the Unclaimed Royalties list, and have asked those individuals to contact them so a distribution can be made.

The Fund is an independent entity whose purpose is to collect and distribute royalties from various foreign territories, and royalties established by government statute under U.S. Copyright Law. Full details can be found on the Fund’s website.
