If you are a knowledge worker then administrative work can often get in the way of accomplishing real objectives. Research suggests that habits relating to email can cause serious problems for concentration and productivity.

This training is for anyone who wants to work more effectively with documents, tasks and other office work – whatever field you're in. You’ll learn more modern methods of working, suggested good practices and experience with cloud platform such as Trello.

Workshop participants should be confident computer users. We ask you to be ready to use a laptop or desktop machine, able to run Zoom and connected to the Internet.

By end of the session you should have learnt how to:

  • Manage personal to-do list tasks with Trello
  • Use Trello to improve the effectiveness of a project, team, or organisation
  • Evaluate, reflect on and improve your work practices and productivity

Please note that although this course is taught online, CULT Cymru is supported by the Welsh Government's Wales Union Learning Fund, therefore their courses are only available to those living in Wales.
